Olympia you were absolutely gorgeous this past weekend on your big day!

Ya'll let me tell you the details on this one of once in a lifetime mome

nt. Many of you know I do not do bridal or do photoshoots. I don't travel for many reasons but mainly because I'm a hairstylist & influencer. I service many of my regular clients and I create content for a bunch of different hair and makeup brands from my home. It's extremely difficult to get me from my home studio. This woman right here was so nice I could not resist! Not only was she nice, she was not playing around! Very professional, meticulous and just a great person all around.

When we finally set up her appt, it was just for full glam I thought but nope.. she found her way to my chair and gave me the stare down that said, "YOU ARE DOING MY WEDDING MAKEUP!" case closed! I had no clue she had such a magical day planned though, my jaw is still on the floor. Everything, literally every detail was so beautiful!

This client I took on is exactly why I don't make myself available to everyone for everything. I'm very picky about who I choose to work with in my home, so to get me to actually leave, you really have to be a GEM of a person. This wedding was that magical moment for me in my career. Every skill I've beat myself up about for being so meticulous paid off like never before for my beautiful client Olympia!

I will have more photos I'll be adding to this post in the next few weeks. I worked only with the bride for this wedding which in itself is amazing! The photographers photos were so beautiful I can't wait to share them with y'all including the actual photographers, they were so nice and we worked together so effortlessly to deliver these amazing photos. I can't waitttt! Until then here are the photos I took along with the details of her makeup.

This was our look for reference:

We used this look for the bridal shower appointment and the colors were exactly like this but they looked more natural on her skin tone. Trust it was gorgeous, but for the wedding we wanted more color! Here's the bridal shower look we did which also doubled as the trial:

You can't really see the eyes, I didn't take any photos, this was sent to me from the event that night. However for the dress she wore here, the makeup went perfectly!

Now here's the makeup for the big day:

I took these photos so we can see more eye details! As you can see, we really kicked up the colors but also note the wedding dress was ivory/white vs the bridal shower dress. We wanted the colors much brighter but boy were we nervous lol. Rightfully so, not many brides are willing to take risk like this! The color needed to pop against the wedding dress and her skin. The bridesmaids all had soft glam done by Mone't (here's her Ig) and Olympia's makeup complimented their looks and dresses perfectly! And by the way this was all Olympia's planning! Talk about a woman knowing exactly what she wants and knowing EXACTLY  what looks good on her. These are my absolute favorite women to work with. Ugh, goals right?!?!
When you(clients) bring my work or looks to recreate its much easier to understand and execute.

So here she is in the dress! I will be back with more photos from the photographers when they tag me, until then we will absolutely adore these. Her full wedding makeup details are below:

What a beautiful wedding party!

Brows: Loreal "Brow Stylist Definer" Dark brunette. Anastasia Beverly Hills "Studio Brow Powder Duo" shade Chocolate

Shadows: 1. use a brighter primer/concealer base if you want your brighter colors to pop! I used a mix of Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer in shade Golden mixed with LA Girl Cosmetics "Pro Conceal" in white.

(magenta matte base) Huda Beauty Remastered eyeshadow palette shades Risque & DollFace

(matte purple/lavendar base/crease/lowerlash line)  Karity "21 eyeshadow palette"  shades Alexi & Ego,  BH Cosmetics x Laviedunprince eyeshadow palette collab, I used the purple shade Sueńo.

(pink/burgundy shimmery lid) HudaBeauty "ruby obsessions" (the shimmery duo chrome pink in the center)

(orange/golden inner corner) LA Girl Cosmetics "Under the Palms" eyeshadow palette, (second row first shade)

Lashes: Amazon shop

Liner: I created a smokey shadow liner using Maybelline "lashting Drama" gel liner  in blackest black as the base. I set & smudged with the lavender purples from above...

Now for the face details!

Primer used: I actually used the Morphe "Continuous Setting Mist" as a base. Somewhere recently I saw that technique used and it actually worked! Try it.

Foundation used: Dose of Colors "Meet your hue" foundation shades 134 & 132 (yes I used two shades, I live for the mix of two shades one lighter, one darker)

Bake/Setting Powder: Laura Mercier "Translucent Setting Powder" in Deep dark

Foundation Powders used: Mac Cosmetics "Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation" shades NW47, NW50

Blush & Highlighter: Morphe Brushes "8 Deep Glam"
