Last weekend was my wedding anniversary and I wanted to make sure i'm back on this blog to drop these details in full view for y'all! This year marked our 7th year married but 14 years together. A time was truly had. I think as women we put so much time into putting everything together for it to all be over so fast and that is crazy to me. I went back to work feeling terrible all week. Now at 33, I see what they mean when they say past 30, you really have to pace yourself especially for work on Monday haha! Days when I feel like this, I like to meditate in prayer. I seek out my faith leaders to get me through. 

This year was very special for us. We've come such a long way within this last year and I am grateful we both wake up still obsessed with each other. It's always so crazy thinking of our story because time revealed the truth! We didn't play at all about each other and still don't. I could really go on and on, don't even get me started on the memories.  

Baby if you ever stumble upon this post, I love you. I love us. I love the way you never let me forget how much you love me. You always make sure I know I am always on your mind. I don't take that for granted ever. You drive me insane, so annoying my goodness LOL. Annoying is a word you can't stand I use to describe you often but to think of you not annoying me everyday I can't begin to think about. We made that promise to each other 14 years ago and we are STILL standing on that promise. I loved the look on your face last year telling you how far we've come. We did that! Proud of us.

This entire fit I put together on my Amazon shop y'all! I've been sharing things I get and put together from there more regularly now. I had to take a break on collab work this year to do things for me. Now don't get me wrong, I loveeeeee collabs but they can be very time consuming. Then I look up and nothing I want done for me gets done. The end of 2022, we moved. I had to take all my collab work on the road until we figured out where we wanted to be. That was probably the hardest thing I've ever done. I'm so glad the looks turned out amazing but that journey taught me it's okay to slowdown a bit. I started hair collab work in 2018 at 27, y'all im tireddd at 33! I will never stop doing hair & makeup. I went to Aveda Institute, it would be a shame not to keep myself going. 

Now that I've mastered my craft, I just want to enjoy it getting some things together for me like this blog, and my new brand TheGlamStylist Studio where I will be teaching all the things I've learned! Have a great weekend everyone. I will be enjoying some MUCH needed rest. I've been going non stop since my birthday in Feb pretty much. I think I've got all the content I wanted to get for Spring-Summer and now it's time to get the rollout going. Also my boys are transitioning from homeschool back to school this year. I am too excited but I have to take time to focus on making sure things go accordingly bc I don't play and I can't stand waiting until the last minute on things important to me like this. A lot of good changes are happening for us and I am sooooo grateful to God everyday for how far he has brought me. Everything I asked for I received. Things I didn't get I surely didn't need. Thankful for that discernment.  These days I love spending my spare moments just giving God as much praise as possible. It's too easy to forget these days smh.
